Why is this masterclass different to what I've already tried?

Everything you’ll learn is based on the latest psychological research from the science of wellbeing, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Much of it is so new that many therapists and doctors did not have this information included in their training - so it’s unlikely you’ve come across it before.

Over 80% of people report that this approach worked for them.

Who is this masterclass for?

This masterclass if perfect for you if you identify as a kind, caring person who often puts other people’s needs above your own. Your anxiety is at a mild to moderate level, meaning that although anxiety likely gets in the way of your life and stops you from being your best self, you are able to maintain some relationships, hold down a job, or parent your children.

This training is designed for millennials (ages 24 - 39 years old) but if you're out of that age range and still want to join us, you're welcome to.

Hi, I'm Kirsti Gwynn

When my anxiety was at it's worst, I felt like I'd really lost my old, happy self. My mind seemed to find a negative in every situation, and no matter what I tried, that problem of constant worrying always seemed to come back.

Today, I can honestly say I feel calm and content with who I am and what I'm doing. Though I may have an anxious day here and there, they are few and far between and I always know what to do to get back on track. I sleep well and laugh often. Joy is a regular feature in my life, and I'm grateful for that every. single. day.

I'm a Positive Psychologist and Emotional Intelligence Specialist (MAPPCP) with a background in counselling, and I've worked with major UK charities and organisations to develop and deliver mental health training over the years.

In my spare time, you'll find me wandering one of London's beautiful bookshops, getting out into nature, or curled up with a cat and a cup of tea.
