My name is Kirsti Gwynn, and I founded Positive EQ because I believe there is nothing more empowering than knowing how to shift how you're feeling. It changes everything.

 

With my help, you'll discover a deep sense of self-acceptance, a more positive perspective in place of negative thoughts, and the confidence that you can cope when things go wrong. Perhaps best of all, you'll unlock more laughter and joy in everyday life. Isn't this what life's about?

I hold a Master's degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching, with a background in Counselling, and my training has left me passionate about only using techniques that have been tested and proven.
