In my experience, I have found PositiveEQ was the next step to developing my personal growth and overcoming personal challenges. Previous visits to psychotherapists were bent on delving into the past continuously which left me exhausted, and I experienced no headway in coming to terms with the situations I had to deal with. I was introduced to PositiveEQ by a friend of mine who suggested I contact Kirsti Gwynn. From the first consultation I was motivated, and was encouraged by the progress I made over the following few weeks. What really impressed me the most was how Kirsti had the knack of coaching me as an individual, and not by a set of norms as I had previously experienced in the past.

Who is PositiveEQ training and coaching not for?
If you're looking for a space where you can spend most of the session talking through your problems like you would in counseling, then PositiveEQ is not the right fit for you. First and foremost, PositiveEQ is proactive. The emphasis is on changing anything that isn't working for you right now so that you can feel calm, content with yourself, and positive about the future going forward. That means that there isn't a focus on dealing with the past. We certainly don't ignore your past, but we only go there when it helps you to move forward.
It's time to
It's time to
How you feel affects everything you do.
It affects how well you sleep. Whether you're able to enjoy life, or feel weighed down by negative thoughts.
If you're anxious about it, you'll hesitate, procrastinate, or avoid doing it completely. If you're depressed, you'll disengage.
And by the same thread, if you're feeling calm, you'll be your most productive. If you're content within yourself, you'll make choices that are in alignment with your values, and move towards your dreams with a sense of courage and optimism.
Your way of thinking shapes your feelings. But changing this is not a matter of working to change thought by thought. It's about altering the entire way you think.
PositiveEQ helps you to to change your mindset, so you can feel better, become your best self, and do more.
I'm guessing you're here because you want to live fully. To thrive, not just survive. To be able to look back and know you gave life your all.
You've come to the right place.
My name is Kirsti Gwynn, and I founded Positive EQ because I believe there is nothing more empowering than knowing how to shift how you're feeling. It changes everything.
With my help, you'll discover a deep sense of self-acceptance, a more positive perspective in place of negative thoughts, and the confidence that you can cope when things go wrong. Perhaps best of all, you'll unlock more laughter and joy in everyday life. Isn't this what life's about?
Positive EQ will help you find calm and contentment in the present, as well as the courage to create the future you want.
I hold a Master's degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching, with a background in Counselling, and my training has left me passionate about only using techniques that have been tested and proven.
