In my experience, I have found PositiveEQ was the next step to developing my personal growth and overcoming personal challenges. Previous visits to psychotherapists were bent on delving into the past continuously which left me exhausted, and I experienced no headway in coming to terms with the situations I had to deal with. I was introduced to PositiveEQ by a friend of mine who suggested I contact Kirsti Gwynn. From the first consultation I was motivated, and was encouraged by the progress I made over the following few weeks. What really impressed me the most was how Kirsti had the knack of coaching me as an individual, and not by a set of norms as I had previously experienced in the past.

Who is PositiveEQ training and coaching not for?
If you're looking for a space where you can spend most of the session talking through your problems like you would in counseling, then PositiveEQ is not the right fit for you. First and foremost, PositiveEQ is proactive. The emphasis is on changing anything that isn't working for you right now so that you can feel calm, content with yourself, and positive about the future going forward. That means that there isn't a focus on dealing with the past. We certainly don't ignore your past, but we only go there when it helps you to move forward.
